GOD, SCIENCE and the COSMIC JIGSAW
Jonathan Kingsley
Book Home A message for believers who are not Christians

"The relation of faith between subject and object is unique in every case. Hundreds may believe, but each has to believe by himself."

W. H. Auden

So you believe there is something behind this marvellous creation but do not follow the Christian Faith. That's great, for you have the insight to realise that creation is not the product of mere chance, as some scientists would have it. But why do you not accept the Christian faith? Is it that you do not accept the fact that Jesus was God personified on this Earth? Or do you believe in a differently named God or gods?

If you believe in several gods, given the unity and harmony of our world, they must have a pretty neat pact for cooperation to keep the whole thing going, must they not? Do you not think there might be a case for a single orchestrator of the whole thing? Can you not see that this is perfectly logical?

The book God, Science and the Cosmic Jigsaw explains why there can only be a single source for creation, and it presents a logical case to show how this is perfectly in line with science. It argues that there must be an intelligent and controlling force behind our world, and it shows how both science and the Holy Bible provide us with evidence for this: evidence that is complementary, rather than contradictory. In providing the links between what we observe and know, it authenticates the Bible in modern terms and thereby justifies and explains the Christian Faith. It resolves the creation versus evolution debate and shows how to remove the obstacles between science and religion. Irrespective of your faith, this will prove interesting reading. It might also provide you with a deeper insight that could complement and strengthen your own faith. It will inevitably give you new lines of thought. Ultimately it will change your view of life - and creation.
