Enjoy enlarged pictures of scenes that appeal! You can 'click to enlarge' most of the pictures within the travelogue. Just hover your mouse over them to see if enlargements are 'to hand'! They all open in the same separate window, and hopefully they add considerable atmosphere to the site. Remember this is really a photo-album as well as a travelogue. Navigation is a breeze! The only thing you really need to know is that you can travel anywhere from this page: the INSITE Home Page. Just click 'TRAVEL HOME' or the INSITE logo at the top-left of any other travel page to get back here. Or there is a country menu on every individual travel page to make country hopping really click! Unless you want to get more sophisticated... Understanding the Arrows! The above list is in country/capital/city alphabetical order to help you search, but the reading order within the travelogue more closely matches my travels! Although you can read what follows in any order you like, the yellow arrows enable you to read the entire worldwide travelogue like a book. To do this, start with the yellow right-arrow at the top of this page!
If you read from start to finish, using the 'right' yellow arrows, you'll detect an ongoing thread. If you just leap into places that take your interest then you should still be able to gain the general drift. There are related segments within the travelogues, representing segments of different trips, and these are best read in a block. The red arrows signify their boundaries as follows:
If you follow the yellow arrows through you can forget the red arrows! Travel ServicesThe panels in the left-hand strip - they look rather like classified Ads - provide you with links to travel related services that you might find useful when you reach your planning stage. And, if you're anything like me, when you're not travelling you are planning! Related InformationThe websites mentioned under this heading in the left-hand column provide additional information related to the text subject matter: such as local hotels, transport, etc. All well worth looking into. Broken LinksIf you happen to come across any broken links, please contact us to tell us about them. We want to put this right as soon as possible, and with so many links to keep track of and so many changes on the Internet, this is bound to happen from time to time. (Thanks for your help!) Ed's IntroductionHowdy folks! Some people say I do everything backwards which is why, I guess, this Introduction is at the bottom of the page. I just figured you wouldn't want to read it more than once, but hey, you can if you like. There's no accounting for taste. It's simply your invitation to join me in my travels, hear of my tribulations, and learn how to do things a little bit better, perhaps. And since I'm quick on the draw with my camera, you can actually see where I've been as well. I hope you find the site intuitive. I told the webmaster I only do 'intuitive'. Most of my pix can be 'click-enlarged' in a separate window if you get really interested, so that allows you to go on reading while they download. I've also included links to some great travel sites that complement my own travel destinations. So please do enjoy your cyber-travels. And if they interest you, why not bookmark this page so you can join me again. I'd just hate to lose touch. We've only just met! Take me back to the index.
